Te Waihanga values working with its people to create a good environment. We have appointed a permanent Human Resources Manager to replace a temporary role that has existed since our formation. This new role has begun work on implementing a People Strategy, with a strong focus on staff engagement and development and supporting diversity, inclusion and cultural competency.
