This Linking Policy applies to all New Zealand Infrastructure Commission, Te Waihanga (‘we’, ‘our’, or ‘us’) websites, including its social media channels (‘our websites’). This Linking Policy is subject to, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms of Use.

Here we explain the guidelines for linking to our websites, using our logo, and requesting links.

Guidelines for linking to our websites

You are welcome to link to our websites from your website using the following guidelines.

(a) When somebody clicks on a link you create to one of our websites, they must see our website full screen and not in a frame.

(b) Your website must not misrepresent its relationship with us. Do not refer to us as a partner unless we have given you our express written permission to do so.

(c) We recommend that you link to main pages of our websites only. Links to other pages of our websites may be less reliable. 

Use of our logo

Our logo is our intellectual property and can only be used with our prior express written permission. Please contact info@tewaihanga.govt.nz to request permission.

Requesting a link on our websites

Our websites present information about us and our services. A limited number of links to Government sites, regulatory bodies and industry associations are provided on our websites at our discretion. Please email info@tewaihanga.govt.nz if you satisfy these criteria and would like us to link to your site.
